Attila and Andrea came to the United States from Budapest in 2014 with the dream of opening a bakery or restaurant, that would unite cultures with a love for delicious food and carefully-wrought pastries. Herbert’s Bistro & Bakery is the realization of that dream.

A classically-trained pastry chef, Attila is a master of flavors both new and traditional. Together with his wife, Andrea, he has delighted in bringing the tastes of his homeland to the Daytona Beach area. Herbert’s Bistro & Bakery has gained a loyal following of Europeans and travelers as well as those with an appreciation for artisan food and a taste for discovering something new. Everyone will find something the love in this cozy little restaurant!
